All tickets are general admission which allows you access to the festival from Thursday, April 24, at 9:00 AM to Sunday, April 27, at 10:00 PM. There are a few add-ons you may need or want to enhance your Building Man experience such as a Car Pass or RV Pass.

How can I buy a ticket?
You can purchase your ticket online at buildingmanfestival.com/tickets-camping/ or directly through Ticket Tailor. If tickets are still available, you can also buy one at the front gate upon arrival—but we recommend securing yours early to guarantee entry!
What's included in my ticket?
Your ticket grants you full access to the Building Man Festival from Thursday, April 25, at 9:00 AM to Sunday, April 28, at 10:00 PM. This includes all workshops, activities, live music across multiple stages, and the vibrant community experience that makes Building Man so unique! (Note: Vehicle passes are sold separately.)
Do I need a separate camping pass?
No, your 4-day ticket includes access to camping for the entire festival. Just bring your gear and get ready to enjoy the full Building Man experience!
Do I have to camp at Building Man?
No, camping at the Jenkstar Ranch is not required. You’re welcome to stay in nearby Green River, UT, or find a private camping spot on public or designated land. However, Building Man is a camping festival, and we highly recommend camping on-site to fully immerse yourself in the experience!
What day and time does my ticket allow me to enter the festival?
Your ticket grants you entry to Building Man starting Thursday, April 25, at 9:00 AM. The festival runs through Sunday, April 28, closing at 10:00 PM.
What is the re-entry policy?
Re-entry is allowed, but you’ll need to check in at the front gate each time you return. Make sure to keep your wristband secure for easy re-entry!
Can I buy a single day ticket?
No, all tickets are 4-day General Admission, giving you full access to the festival from start to finish.
Can I buy a ticket for a friend?
Yes, you can purchase a ticket for a friend! Just make sure their name is added to the ticket or provide them with the ticket details for smooth entry at the gate.
Who needs a car pass?
A car pass is required for all standard vehicles entering the festival. If you’re bringing an RV or trailer and have an RV pass, you do not need a car pass for the towing vehicle. Carpooling is encouraged to help reduce our environmental impact!

Yes, tickets purchased through Ticket Tailor can be transferred to another person if the self-serve option is enabled. What is the policy for lost or damaged wristbands?
If your wristband is lost or damaged, you must provide proof of purchase along with a valid ID at the front gate. A replacement wristband will be issued to ensure your continued access to the festival. Keep your wristband secure to avoid any issues!
Can I park overnight without camping?
Yes, you can park overnight without camping, but you’ll need a car pass. Make sure to secure your pass in advance to guarantee access!
Is there a limit to how many vehicles I can bring?
There’s no limit to the number of vehicles you can bring, but each car or RV must have its own car or RV pass. These passes are in place to encourage carpooling and help reduce our environmental impact.
Are there designated camping areas, or is it first-come, first-served?
Camping at Building Man is first-come, first-served. Arrive early to claim your ideal spot and set up for an unforgettable weekend!
Are there any quiet zones or family-friendly camping areas?
Yes, we offer quiet zones and family-friendly camping areas, but space is limited. Let the front gate staff know at check-in, and they’ll direct you to the designated area. Arrive early to secure your spot!
Is there access to water, showers, or restrooms at the campsite?
While there is no access to water or showers, composting toilets are available throughout the campsite. Please come prepared with your own water and supplies for a self-sufficient camping experience.
Are fires allowed in the camping areas?
No, fires are not allowed at campsites. However, there will be designated fire pits located throughout the festival, pending fire regulations.
